We just got these and they are fantastic! They are open ended enough to have loads of true play value - as well as threading them on the strings to make crowns, necklaces, caterpillars, trains and beautiful wall decorations for toy animal houses, they have become magical cakes, medicinal flowers, a store of treasure and a tractor delivery of sparkling gifts for a teddies' tea party! They roll along like little wheels and are absolutely captivating as loose parts, with the double faced gems. They are also great for sorting, pattern making and counting. We absolutely LOVE them!
Very well made for little hands. They are more interesting than regular beads and they are a perfect size. I think the price is good for the quality and I will be buying more. My childminding children love them and they look so sparkly on a light table. Children have learnt to thread and make patterns very quickly . I am extremely pleased with these.
Love these so much ! The jewels are on both sides and as well as using these for lacing we will also use for colour matching , treasure chests , enchanted forests etc
